Terms and Conditions:

1. This offer is valid to new sports customers only.
2. This promotion is valid until 04/06/2024 23:59 CET.
3. This promotion is valid once for players who have opted in before placing their first bet.
4. If a player’s first bet loses, a €5 Free Bet will be assigned to their account. This does not apply to players’ first settled bet, if you place more than 1 bet. Only 1st placed bet will be counted.
5. Once a Free Bet is assigned to your account, you can use it by selecting the option from the bet slip when placing a bet. You can see your Free Bet under the ‘Free Bets’ option in Sportsbook or in your ‘My Offers’ section.
6. The minimum bet to qualify is €5.
7. The maximum Free Bet amount from this promotion is €5
8. Free Bets will be assigned to your account as a free bet within 72 hours of bet being settled.
9. Your Free Bet can be used on any sport or market type. Free Bet amount can only be used in its entirety and cannot be partially redeemed.
10. Free Bets are non-refundable, and the Free Bet stake is not included in any winnings. E.g. If you use a Free Bet of €5 on a bet with odds of 3.00 (2/1), the return would be €15, however the initial Free Bet amount is removed, and winnings paid to account will be €10.
11. A Free Bet can only be used to place wagers, and cannot be transferred, substituted, or exchanged.
12. If a Free Bet is placed on a selection that is later voided, within 72 hours you will be credited with a bonus of equal value. In these instances, bonuses are valid for 7 days, can be used on any sport market offered by Lottoland and are subject to 1x wagering.
13. Only 1 Free Bet can be active on a customer’s account at any one time. Any additional Free Bets will be marked as queued and will unlock once existing Free Bets have settled.
14. This promotion is valid for single and acca bets. System bets are not included.
15. You must log in and claim your free bet within 7 days. Unused free bets will expire after 7 days.
16. Bets that are settled early using the cash-out function will not qualify.
17. The maximum win from a Free Bet is capped at €100.
18. If bets are void then no reward will be given and your initial bet amount will be refunded.
