5. Additional terms: (A) This offer is redeemable once per Player.(B) After the initial discounted period (a Cash4Life bet on each of the 7 days from moment the offer is redeemed) you will then be automatically billed again for another 7-day subscription at the normal price per bet for Cash4Life (€2.50 per bet; a 7-day subscription would equate to €17.50 per week)(C) Subscriptions can be cancelled by the customer at any time within the “My Activity” section of their online account. (D) Please note that cancelling the subscription will not cancel any bets placed for the relevant period and the customer will not be refunded for these bets. For example, if a subscription bet which was placed on 27th August is cancelled on 28th August, the bets for the remainder of the 7 days of Cash4Life jackpots (28th August September to 3rd September) will remain active but the customer will not be billed on the 3rd September 2019, therefore no bets will be placed for the jackpots thereafter. Cancelling a subscription ensures the customer is no longer billed for future periods.

 

General Terms & Conditions

1. In addition to these Promotional Terms, the Player’s use of the Website and your participation in any gaming or wagering (including any promotions) is governed by the general terms and conditions which are found here (“General Terms”). Players should ensure that they have read and understood the Promotional Terms and the General Terms before taking part in this promotion. In the case of any inconsistency between the Promotional Terms and the General Terms, these General Terms shall take precedence.
2. All promotions are limited to one per person, unless otherwise specified. Any person found to be operating multiple accounts in promotions will be in breach of these Promotional Terms and the General Terms. Lottoland will determine at its sole discretion by whatever means it deems necessary to establish if different entries or accounts are connected to the same person.
3. Participants, whether individually or acting in a group, will be found to be in breach of these Promotional Terms and the General Terms if Lottoland, in its sole discretion, has reason to believe that a promotion has been abused, manipulated, or that irregular, fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity has occurred.
4. The decision of Lottoland in all promotional matters is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Lottoland reserves the right to withhold promotional benefits until resolution of any dispute.
5. The decision of Lottoland in respect of any matter concerning or related to competitions and promotions is final. In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions Lottoland reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate in its absolute discretion.
6. A breach by a participant of these Promotional Terms and/or the General Terms or where there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a participant, whether individually or acting as a group, which due to promotional offers result in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, may result in Lottoland withdrawing the availability of any promotion or all promotions to that participant or group of participants and/or voiding any wager funded by the promotion and remove any winnings from such wager.
7. Lottoland reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any point at its sole discretion.
